Nowa przewodnicząca Rady Naukowej Katedry UNESCO

Profesor Valerie Cohen – Scali z INETOP-CNAM w Paryżu została nowym kierownikiem naukowym Katedry UNESCO.

Valérie Cohen-Scali jest doktorem psychologii społecznej i profesorem poradnictwa kariery w INETOP – Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), Paryż, Francja. Jest badaczką w Centrum Badań nad Pracą i Rozwojem (CRTD). Jest dyrektorem redakcyjnym francuskiego czasopisma naukowego „L’Orientation Scolaire et Professionnelle„. Jest również koordynatorem studiów magisterskich z psychologii pracy i poradnictwa kariery w CNAM, członkiem rady naukowej European Doctoral Program in Career Guidance and Counseling (ECADOC).

Jej obecne projekty badawcze dotyczą procesu konstruowania siebie w kontekście tranzycji życiowych i zawodowych oraz reprezentacji pracy młodych dorosłych w różnych sytuacjach zawodowych, transformacji stylu życia młodych ludzi i sposobów pracy, będących konsekwencjami transformacji ekologicznej, rozwoju refleksji nad zagadnieniami godnej pracy oraz dialogów Life Design.
