Career-Ready Competencies
Employers are looking for more than just a diploma — they are looking for competencies.
Discover your strengths and increase your chances in the job market!
Competencies are a combination of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that enable a person to perform tasks effectively. Many competencies are transferable and can be applied across a wide range of roles and professional contexts.
To participate in the programme, please complete the registration form. This will allow us to register participants on the platform where the competency assessment test will be conducted.
Below, you will find the participation guidelines and the link to the registration form.
As part of Career Day, you will have the opportunity to assess your competencies. Following the analysis of your results, each participant whose competencies meet the level required for a given position will receive a report along with formal confirmation of their key competencies. This written certification can be used during job interviews and included in application documents. If your results indicate that your current competency level is not yet sufficient for the role, you will receive personalized guidance on how to further develop and strengthen your competencies.
